Zai ya zamanto shi Manzon Allah mai tsira da amincin Allah ya yi salla raka’a hudu, su kuma Sahabbansa ko wanne daga cikinsu ya yi salla raka’a biyu. Daga Hasan yake bayar da fatawa. Abu Dawud ya ce: ((Haka nan a magariba ma, zai kasance liman yana da raka’a shida su kuma mutanen suna da raka’a uku uku)). Abu Dawud ya ce: ((Haka ne Yahya Bin Abi Katheer ya ruwaito shi daga Abu Salamah, daga Jabir daga Annabi mai tsira da amincin Allah. Kuma kamar haka din ne Sulaimanul Yashkuriy ya ce daga Jabir daga Annabi mai tsira da amincin Allah)).

((عن أبي بكرة رضي الله عنه قال: صلى النبي صلى الله عليه وءاله وسلم في خوف الظهر، فصف بعضهم خلفه وبعضهم بإزاء العدو، فصلى بهم ركعتين ثم سلم، فانطلق الذين معه، فوقفوا موقف اصحابهم، ثم جاء اولئك فصلوا خلفه، فصلى بهم ركعتين، ثم سلم. فكانت لرسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم أربعًا، ولأصحاب ركعتين ركعتين)). وبذلك كان يفتي الحسن. قال أبو داود: ((وكذلك في المغرب يكون للإمام ست ركعات، وللقوم ثلاث ثلاث)). قال أبو داود: ((وكذلك رواه يحيى بن أبي كثير عن أبي سلمة عن جابر، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وءاله وسلم، وكذلك قال سليمان اليشكري عن جابر، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وءاله وسلم)).
